- The most sexable in this list. Many call him the traditional MD, as his looks are not that extra-ordinary until you see him perform.
2. Kent of Cheetah Bar
- all-time favorite Kent does not disappear in any list. He used to be most daring a few years ago. But with his "new" face, he probably is the perfect MD specimen - great looks, fantastic 8-pack body, and still the best Milk/Beer dancer after all these years.
1. Jack of Navigator's Bar
- gorgeous in pictures, actually kind of a snob in person. But his unique swagger make everyone swoon. His pole dance seals the deal as our current favorite Macho Dancer in Cebu.

This is just an observation. Many of the macho dancers who age became security guards.
TumugonBurahinI don't know how true is that but I checked malls and places in Cebu City, even in Mandaue and found good-looking security guards with obviously good build.
I couldn't help but wonder if retiring from being macho dancers has made them security guards. Some security guards probe your body too much, it feels like they're feeling you up. Others are flirty.
